The essentials, in plain language.

The subscription

• One flat monthly fee for the plan you’re on. Pause or cancel anytime.

• A month is 31 days of work.

• One active request at a time. Add as many as you like to the queue; I work them one by one, in the order you set.

• Work comes back within 48 hours, counted on business days. Bigger requests ship in pieces, so something always moves, and larger projects (a full site, a full product) are split into milestones with a timeline agreed up front.

• Once a request goes active, its brief is locked: no edits or additions while I work. Anything new becomes a new request in your queue.

• When I deliver, ask for as many changes as you want: unlimited revision rounds. The request stays active until you approve it.

Pause and cancel

• Pause anytime. Your unused days stay banked and are credited to you when you come back. You can keep adding briefs to your Backlog while paused; the queue just waits for you.

• On resume, I pick your queue back up within 24h on business days.

• Cancel anytime. You keep board access until the end of your paid period, then it’s archived. Delivered files are yours to keep.

Two plans. Web is your site and everything around it. Product is Web plus your app.

Web

• Sites and stores, designed and built by me in Framer (connected to Shopify for e-commerce), live on your domain

• Landing pages, pricing pages, blogs and store pages

• CMS, localisation, custom code components and integrations

• Analytics and tracking, set up if you need them

• Logo, type and the brand assets your site needs

Product

• Everything in Web

• iOS apps designed end to end: UX, flows and prototypes

• Onboarding, paywalls and the screens that make people pay

• The front end built in SwiftUI, ready for your devs to wire up. New app? I take it to TestFlight. Dev-ready Figma instead, if your team isn’t on SwiftUI

• App icon and App Store assets

A request is one page, one flow or one set of assets. A full site or a full product is several requests, split into milestones agreed up front and shipped piece by piece, each within 48 hours. Need app screens while on Web? Ask me and I move you to Product.

Not included, on either plan

• Copywriting. I design around the words you bring. Claude can help you draft them, but they’re yours.

• Backend and Android development. I build the front end; servers, databases and auth plug into it.

• Content production: photo, video, illustration, 3D, and motion beyond micro-interactions.

• Marketing: ads, SEO content, email campaigns and social.

• Brand strategy: naming, positioning and full brand books. Your logo and type are covered; a brand as a project is a separate quote.

• Packaging and print.

• Third-party subscriptions (Framer, Shopify, domains, fonts): paid by you, in your own accounts.

Good to know

• Capacity is deliberately capped so every client gets senior, hands-on work. If you cancel and come back, you may wait for an opening.

• You work with me start to finish. Nothing is outsourced, and every file stays in your accounts.

• One subscription covers one company and up to two people briefing. Need more seats or a second company? Just ask.

• Everything you get is 100% yours. Only original work. NDA available on request.
